Darren Wayne Gleeson
(CEO, Strategic Manager)

Darren Gleeson has a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University. He is a founder of the Success Tax Professionals franchising business.

Mr Gleeson is a Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountants with over 18 years membership. He is a Registered Tax Agent and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

His public practice experience spanning some 12 years includes nine years in his own accounting practice. His direct involvement in public practice has included operating practices solo and later, in conjunction with business partners. He has also had substantial involvement in strategic business related to the tax and accounting industry both within and outside of Australia.

Mr Gleeson brings to the management team extensive experience in franchising, capital raisings, due diligence and company secretarial matters.  Mr Gleeson is actively involved in the research, development and delivery of technical and business oriented training for the franchise network. He also plays an integral role in mentoring, technical support and practice acquisitions.

Tracy James
(Franchisee Development Manager)

Tracy James is a joint founder of the Success Tax Professionals franchising business.

Ms James has a Diploma in Frontline Management, holds a number of recognised awards in the field of Project Implementation and also has formal tertiary qualifications in Middle Management. Her work history includes 20 years experience in a variety of management positions in national customer service organisations including large call centres and government departments.

She brings to the company excellence in change management, learning and development, staff training and business design and support services.  Ms James has extensive experience in quality assurance, workload planning, project implementation and performance management.

Within Success Tax Professionals she is responsible for the recruitment of franchisees and their assimilation into the Success Tax Professionals network, and following this their on-going development and support needs.  Her role also focuses on improving the company’s training systems and learning programmes, and the coordination of company projects relating to quality, marketing and business growth.
