A New Kind of Community Hub: Success Tax Professionals Opens in Waroona

When accounting principal Rahul Beniwal and his family were travelling to Albany during the Christmas holidays, they never expected to find their future home and business location along the way. But the charm of Waroona, and a unique building with incredible potential, captured their hearts immediately.

Today, we are thrilled to announce the official launch of Success Tax Professionals Waroona, a practice that represents a whole new approach to local business.

Located at 83 South Western Highway, this is not just an accounting office. The newly refurbished space is a vibrant hub that brings healthcare, professional accounting services, and a community café together under one roof.

A Vision Built on Community Values

“I’ve always wanted to work in a country town where relationships, trust, and community values are more important,” Rahul explains. “Waroona offers the perfect balance of a close-knit community while still being within reach of Perth.”

Bringing this unique, multi-purpose space to life was a true local effort. Local suppliers and tradespeople intentionally drove the 10-month refurbishment project to support the local economy. The overall layout was designed by close friends Dr Syed Faisal and Dr Hareesh Thippeswamy, while Rahul’s wife, Deepika Rani, spearheaded the warm, welcoming interior design concepts.

Celebrating the Launch

To officially open the doors, the town came together for a fantastic community launch party. The celebration featured incredible live music by local Waroona artist Darian Sander, alongside a talented volunteer singer from town who took the mic later in the day.

The community spirit was in full swing with the Waroona Lions Club sizzling up sausages on the barbecue, and a local fairy and face-painting artist enthrawling younger guests. Inside, the café was buzzing, with baristas Christine and Gregor Fernandez serving up exceptional coffee to the attendees.

Looking to the Future

As a young family, Rahul and Deepika see Waroona as their long-term home and are deeply committed to contributing to the town’s growth and well-being.

“Our vision is to continue serving the Waroona community for many years to come,” Rahul shares. “Over time, we hope to establish ourselves further here and eventually find a small farm or holiday home nearby where our family can spend memorable time together. As an animal lover, I would love for our children to grow up around animals and enjoy the country lifestyle that makes this region so special.”
