Services Over Christmas and New Year

Practices in our Success Tax Professionals group are independently operated and therefore closure times over the festive season vary between different practices. Most offices will close from the 24th of December 2014 and re-open on Monday the 5th of January 2015. We however recommend calling the practice first to check their closure times. The tax office will request identification in order to release information regarding a tax payers account, including lodgement status, debts and tax refunds. Clients should therefore have their tax file number and also a previous notice of assessment in order to meet identification requirements.

Our Franchising Division is closed from 23/12/14 until 19/1/15. All inquiries relating to franchise purchases, including requests for Information Packages will be responded to in the week commencing 19/1/15.
